Product Description

 

This product is a new type of highly efficient intermediate for corrosion inhibitor, which is prepared from acetophenone, aldehydes and cyclic organic amines through the Mannich reaction. The product is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and free of heavy metals. It can be used as raw material for preparing corrosion inhibitors for oil and gas fields and high-temperature corrosion inhibitors for petrochemical oil refining.

Good stability: Manich base has high stability and is not easily damaged by acids, bases, oxidants, etc. Therefore, it shows good durability in many applications.

Applications

• Water treatment: This is the most widely used field for corrosion inhibitors, including water purification, circulating water treatment, circulating cooling systems, boiler water treatment, etc. Corrosion inhibitors can effectively prevent the formation of hard scale and corrosion in this field.
• Petrochemical industry: In petroleum processing and chemical production, corrosion inhibitors are used to control the corrosion of equipment and pipelines.
• Oil extraction: Protection of downhole equipment, anti-corrosion for acidification operations, gathering and transportation pipelines and storage tanks, and water injection corrosion inhibitors.
• Steel manufacturing: The use of corrosion inhibitors in the steel production process can prevent corrosion of equipment and pipelines.

Operation suggestions

• Before use, personal protective equipment should be worn properly.
• Check if the materials in the bucket have solidified. If they have solidified, they should be pre-melted (in hot water or baked at a low temperature <80ºC) before being used.
• Without considering the enhancer, the dosage of this product is above 15ppm based on the final working environment (such as high-temperature corrosion inhibitor in oil refining). However, it is recommended to verify the optimal effect through experiments.
