Recommended Dosage

Resinless dispersion
Titanium Dioxide (70%): 20-50% (based on powder, SOP dispersant)
Carbon black (40%): 20-50% (based on powder, SOP dispersant)
Organic red (45%): 25-50%(based on powder, SOP dispersant)

Resin-containing dispersion
1-5%(based on total formula, SOP dispersant)
The above recommended dosage can be used for reference. Optimal dosage should be determined through a series of laboratory tests

Operation proposals

The combination of Toynol® FS-204E wetting dispersant can accelerate the viscosity reduction of the grinding system.
Adding Toynol® defoamers can quickly eliminate the foam in grinding operation.
To obtain optimal performance, Toynol® additives must be added in water before resin and pigment.
