Introduction 

Toynol^® MW series defoameris a kind of siloxaneand acetylenic diol compoundeddefoamer, mainly used in emulsified oils (mineral oil based), semi-synthetic fluid and synthetic liquid, providing quick defoaming, long-lasting antifoaming without floating oil and floc. 
This series of defoaming agent shows excellent rinsing property in industrial cleaning/rinseand spraying processwithout flawafter rinsing.

Direction for Use 

 When Keep agitating at least 15-30 minutes to mix well. Heat up properly when the viscosity is increasing.

Add Toynol^® surfactants at the last step, especially after other surfactants or polymers so that it can be

dissolved and dispersed well in the system .

3. In order to wet out substance well and against the foam introduced by agitation, it is better to add Toynol^®surfactants earlier than all the dye filling and other solid materials.

4. Toynol^® is a multifunctional product which can replace one or more additives in the formulations.

5. Under lower temperature, solidification and crystalline of Toynol^® occur during transportation and storage. Heat it up to its melting point, it would turn back to normal state without any impacts.

Addition Levels 

Initial proposal was (according to the formula of weight) between 0.1-0.5wt.%. Optimal concentration levels should be determined by running a ladder study. 

Storage

This product should be sealed and placed in a dry, cool, well-ventilated place at room temperature away from fire source. For any other information, please refer to MSDS.
